I have F1 visa. I have already deferred intake 2 times, university dont wants to provide I 20 with same SEVIS number. What should i do ?? Reapply ?? or can i travel??
It does not matter. You can and should get a new SEVIS #. The F-1 visa is a travel document but a valid current I-20 is needed before travel. There is no need to reapply for visa.
