universities with in-state tuition fees for H4 in illinois

Hi Guys,

I am trying to get my wife enrolled in a university in illinois. Since we are staying here for past 1+ years we qualify for in-state tuition fees. Does anybody know which universities in Illinois consider H4 for in-state tuition fees?

For In state college fee is concerned you should discuss it to individual universities after selecting from the above URLs.
