Hi,
I created a fresh login with new email-id in the new system of usvisascheduling.com portal. Login happens with security questions answered but…the details entered under START APPLICATION are not getting submitted with an error “your personal details match a profile which already exists in our database…”
I earlier created a login in 2023 in the old portal which is closed it is understood. The old userid was emailid ( not any user specified one). Hence I created a new userid with new email which also exists in the DS 160 form but not the primary email mentioned there
Wrote to support-india@usvisascheduling.com giving the back ground from both the email ids : the primary emailid given in DS 1060 and as well as from the email id associated with the new login user.
The things are getting sorted out…got stuck.
IT WILL BE GRATEFUL IF SOMEONE CAN GIVE A WAY OUT
