Unable to schedule followup appointment after 221(g)

Hi, After dropbox application for B1/B2 visa on 28th March, i received my passport with the 221(g) letter on 4th April’22 asking me to schedule a followup appointment with the counsellor officer at https://ustraveldocs.com/in. But the webpage does not give any such option.
I called up the customer service and emailed at support-india@ustraveldocs. The ‘Status’ shows ‘Escalated To Post’ on the ‘Provide Feedback’ page.
Please help me understand why is the website not letting me schedule folloup appointment and what best can be done to get the appointment soon as i have plans to travel in June this year.

what did you end up doing. I’m having the same issue now. Please advice.
