Two H1B application from different employers

HI,

There are two companies which are ready to file my H1B for the current year. One is my current employers and other is a consulantacny.

Is it legal to apply 2 h1b ?

Will it create any problem during stamping or any other stage >?

please clarify in details if possible

Its better to go with the one who has a better track record of H-1b approval. check on this link : http://redbus2us.com/h1b-visa-sponsors/. I think your current employer is a better option because consultants are not reliable most of the time.

  You can file H1-b from upto SIX different employers.
