Two Different status on portal

Hi All,

I have two question via this forum. On normal tracking portal my petition shows RFE while on this portal

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ It shows it was approved on 31st Jan. But my employer didn’t get any approval notice for my petition. And on this portal it still show RFE received : https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

i) Does the portal above which i mentioned is genuine to detect my petition status?

ii) What is the best way to raise a SR to get my approval notice from USCIS while i do not have any info from employer except my receipt number.

  1. You have to go through the second link.

  2. Your employer is the applicant/petitioner and you are just the beneficiary. The approval notice will be sent to the petitioner. So you can get it through your employer only.
