twice rejected in chennai for umass dartmouth

i have gone interview twice to chennai embassy but i got twice rejections

 

university of massachusetts,dartmouth

gre 290

ielts 6.5

69% with 6 arreas

 

what shall i do now shall i go to chennai again or change embassy ?

 

Any big reason for that ?

 

i had npu with me but college is on 9th jan  

 

please comment i have to make decision fast.......

Any idea on reasons for rejection? Is it financial in nature or have you not been able to answer the typical ‘why UMass’ question clearly enough?
