Here is my question:
I was on H1B with valid stamping form old company till June 2017. I have entered USA on H4 5 months back and switched to H1B immediately as soon as I found a Job. I still have both H4 and H1 valid stamping on the passport .
I’m now planning to travel to canada for a medical emergency. While entering back in to USA, I want to enter with H1b from old company instead of H4. In this case, do I need to get the H1B stamping done with the new company though my H1B stamping with old company is still valid till June 2017?
