I planned to travel with my spouse in dec, I have H4 Visa with EAD. My Spouse/Primary H1 will be traveling with me but returning only after 20 days. Is it possible to do it?
As far as your spouse/primary H1B has a valid job offer in the US amd she intend to return back after leaving in 20 days, this is fine.
