Travelling to US while H1B is being processed

Hello,

I have my H4 visa stamped in my passport which is valid till October 2015. I have just received confirmation that I have been selected in the lottery process.

  1. Can i travel to US while my H1B is being processed

  2. Should i come back to India before Oct1 and get my H1B stamped?

  3. If i decide to come back to India before Oct1, will it impact my H1B?
