Hi,
I work for company A on H1B. Company B has applied for my transfer through regular as premium processing is stopped for a while now.
Meanwhile I have an emergency back in India for which I am required to go and visit. Can I travel to India now?
Will there be any problem when I want to return after say after 15 days of time to US as transfer with company B is in progress?
Can any one please respond?
