Travelling out of US during H1B amendment in progress

Hi

I had recently applied for H1B amendment for location change. Below is my case:

-> Have valid visa stamped till 2018

-> Have valid previous I-797 till 2018

-> Haven’t change the employer

In given scenario, can I re-enter US with above documents along with Amendment ‘receipt notice’?

Will I have any issues at POE?
