Travelling on L1 with H1B approved

I hold a valid L1( upto 2016) with Company A. I am in india. Company B has filed H1 for me. After an RFE the H1 approval is received during September 2014. I have not gone for H1 stamping. Company B is expecting me to join only in December.

Company A is asking me to travel to US for 2 months now.

  1. If I enter US on L1 visa ( say on October 15, 2014) , will it impact my approved H1B ?

2)Can I return back to India after 2 months and get the H1 stamping done in December 2014 ?
