My H1B visa had been approved for 15 days in December and expired before I could go for stamping.
Now I would like to travel to US on my H4. Is this accepted?
Would there be any issue on my H1B valid petition.
If dates on H-4 are valid, then you can travel. Make sure that you carry all paperwork for successful passage through ports of entry.
