Travelling on B1/B2 valid visa

I am traveling to US on B1/B2 visa Multiple Entry which is valid for another 3 years. Apart from the Covid specific documents, do I need to carry any other document for my travel to US?

If the entry is for business purpose, you might want to carry any related documents that support the purpose of the visit.
