I am a current holder of F1 visa expiring in June 2022. My Employer is registering me for H1B lottery on March 01. I am planning to travel to India in the middle of the March and come back to the USA in the end of March. Any restrictions on travelling? Will I have any problems to re-entry USA upon my return?
No restrictions as such as long as you are back before filing. If you have valid visa, you should be fine…
