Traveling while waiting H1b For F2 holders.

I have F2 visa “expired” My husband is still a student. I applied for H1b. Can I travel outside USA and come back anytime before October? Or if I leave I have to wait untill October to be allowed to enter?

If you tarvel out side US during your COS processing, they are HIGH chances that it will get REJECTED or REF.

I advice

  1. You can travel after its approve and before Oct, No need for H1 Stamp.Previous Visa holds good (If vaild)

  2. If you travel after Oct , H1 Stamping required
