I need your suggestion/help on the below query.
I am IT professional in India,I got an offer from India.
This year i have applied H1B visa and got picked in Lucky draw presently it is showing the below status.
“On April 13, 2015, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 13, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”
Still the status showing it is pending and not approved.
Recently i got an offer from UAE based company,I need to travel to UAE Abu Dhabi location for 6-8 months.
This is work permit visa.
If i go to UAE for 8 months and after coming from UAE if i go for stamping for H1B does it effect any way.on My H1B .
Please help me on this.
