Hi Folks.
The last time I was in India was in 2014. I came to USA on student visa and I never went back. After I have had h1b visas and extensions and i-140s and all that. I am planning on going this year(2023). Do you guys think I will face any problems or challenges while getting visa in India or upon re-entry at the CBP or something ?
What are some of the unexpected challenges I should be prepared for.
No issues if you have maintained lawful status while in the US.
Work with your employer’s immigration lawyer and make sure you carry all supporting H1B documents required for visa stamping and reentry.
