I wanted to confirm whether folks had been allowed on Lufthansa to Mexico? The ‘air bubble’ rules are a little unclear, as they say that the final destination must be South America or Africa or Schengen zone (technically Mexico is in North America)…
I’m not so worried about being let into Mexico as I have a 10-year US tourist visa, and have entered before (pre-pandemic) there, also not so worried that Lufthansa will have questions about not having a visa (the requirement not to seems pretty well-known)
My main concern is whether Lufthansa will allow me onto the flight given by final destination?
Have folks successfully transited through Frankfurt to Mexico city in the last few months?
I separately also wanted to confirm that Indian passport holders don’t require a transit visa for <6 hour transit time, right?
