Travel to India while on H1b Visa

I had an H1b visa from Deloitte which was valid till October. Now that I have left job in Deloitte and joined PwC, they have offered a H1b visa to me. I have joined PwC from Septemeber 17. 2015. For my marriage I have to travel to India in the month of December. It is urgent and I have to.

My concern is, will it be a problem while returning back from India to USA again as i have my job in USA?

Don’t think you have a problem in this scenario. Since you have a valid job, need not to worry at all. Happily you can go and come. Probably you might have to attend visa interview to get the new petition stamped. wish you good luck!
