Travel to India while L1 to H1 COS

Hi,

Currently I am on L1A though employer A and I have applied H1B through employer B under normal processing. I have received the receipt number stating notification date as Jun 4th. I am travelling to india on last week of july and will be back to US by mid of Aug. I would like to know my status what happens

  1. If my H1 is approved with COS before I leave US?

  2. what happens if my H1B gets approved while in india?

  3. What happens if I get H1 approved after mid of Aug?

Please help in this regard.
