Travel right before graduation

Hi,

This is a very tricky situation.

I might have to go back to India right before my graduation next year May 2024.

I am already on CPT.

I have got couple of questions if anyone could answer me, I would be grateful.

  1. Will I be eligible to apply for OPT 3 months before my graduation?

2, If yes, and my OPT is approved, can I travel back to India and bring dependents on OPT?

  1. Would there be any implications if i travel before my graduation?
