- I intend to travel to US on B2 after my wedding in Jan 2013. Can I travel on my existing B1/B2? Will I need any supporting documentation to travel (the way we need invitation letter for B1 or L1 travel)
- Can I apply for change of status from B2 to H4 while in US?
- If I cannot apply for change of status from B2 to H4 while in US, will I have to wait for sometime after I return from US on B2 and then apply for H4?
- If my fiance applies for a joint H1B and H4, is there a chance that it may back fire on his H1B?
- If I apply for H4 before marriage but go for interview after marriage - is this okay?
- How soon can I apply for H4 after marriage?
- Can I apply for H4 when my husband comes to India for H1B stamping?
