Can I travel back to USA with valid visa I have stamped till Feb 2024 but I stayed 4 months in India I plan to leave next month will any problem port of entry when travel back I am on H1 B 8 years
I don’t think there will be any issue if you are traveling back to continue working for your H1B sponsoring employer. Make sure you carry all required documents in case of being asked by CBP.
