Travel after h1b transfer approval

I have valid visa till nov 2013, I got offer with other compay. AFter H1B transfer approval, can i travel to india during june/july for marriage?

Before travel back to US, do i need to get stamping with new employer even though i have current employer stamped visa in my passport?

It is ok to travel after your H-1 transfer approval. IMO, no new stamping is required as long as the old visa stamp is still valid. You can re-enter using the old visa stamp and other documents related to the new employer.
