Transferred L1B to H1B.L1 Valid till 2016.Can i keep working on my L1 Visa?

I have Valid stamped L1 B till 2016.

This year applied for L1B to H1 B transfer and got approved…

Now my Question is…Can I keep working on my L1 B Visa? If not then what is the max limit for it?
