transfer with h1b from company A to company B

I am shortlisted in lottery for 2015. I don’t have the receipt number with me. I don’t want to continue with my current employer and I am yet to get my visa stamped. Whether it is possible to transfer the receipt to another employer

I have asked the same question and haven’t got a reply yet. In my case i have got the receipt number.

  1. Can the petition be transferred to a different employer?

  2. How to get or download the approved petition without having to go through the employer?
