There was a huge number of peoeple who applied for H1b 2015 Drive, approx 172500. The chances for anyone to get through was very difficult. Unfortunately, I couldnt get through the H1b lottery accptance this year too. However, my friend in the same organisation has got an acceptance receipt. For some odd reasons, my friend will not be able to file for the petition.
I wanted to confirm, if I could use her slot with her permission. Is it possible that her lottery acceptance be transferred to me?
