Tourist visa for a H1B with I140 approved

Hi Friends
I have a h1 with an approved I140, but relocated here to India because my project got over
However, my kid is a citizen [was born there]
I m planning to go as a tourist jus to show my kid the country
So, what questions can I expect from the VO ?
Pls. note → my wife also has H4-EAD

Based on your visa category, if B2, the most common questions will be,

  1. Purpose of visit, places you will visit, place of stay, dates of visit.
  2. Financial and assets documents to prove India ties and financial support for the visit if you are self sponsoring.
  3. If someone else is sponsoring, then sponsor letter, relationship, financial documents, profession of the person, address.
