Tips and tricks to get the early slots for B2 Visa

Hi folks,
May I request the tips for getting the early B2 VISA appointment. currently it’s for Sep 2024 and tried many times to get the early slots. but not able to do it.
I may need your pointers towards-

  1. how to get to know about cancellation or additional slots being pushed.
  2. the timing of these options at india and US timing.
  3. any other way to expedite?
