Timeline to get case approved after selection in lottery process.

i have got a receipt number from my employer to check status in uscis status.

when i check status it says

My Case Was ReceivedOn April XX, 2017, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 11, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to How to Change Your Address | USCIS to give us your new mailing address.

does the above message means that i got selected in lottery?if selected in lottery, what is the approximate time to get the case approved?

Yes. approval process will run through june - jul/aug

“Case Was Received” status.
