Time Frame for H1B Stamping in Pakistan or Canada?

I would really appreciate if someone could tell me about their recent experience or someone they know with H1B stamping for a Pakistani citizen either in Pakistan or Canada. I haven’t traveled on H1B for 2 years but want to get it stamped now.

Do you know how long on average it would take in Pakistan or Canada to get it stamped and get the background clearance for Pakistani citizens.
