My H1-B was refused under 221(g) and my case got suspended and petition returned back to USCIS .After my Attorney query to USCIS they have approved my petition again (same receipt number) and i got the form I-797C.
So i wrote mail to US consulate(Singapore thats where my stamping happen) to guide how to go about it.
