Dear Team,
My I140 case was received at Texas lockbox on 24th April 2020 (almost 6 weeks) but I didn’t receive a receipt, also my check is not yet cashed. I called up USCIS customer care but they told me to contact lockbox support. I dropped a note but didn’t receive any response.
any suggestions?
