I am from software testing background and the offer letter from the employer is for programmer analysts.
Currently by H1B is under process fro 2016.
Pls suggest if there will be any problem in visa processing/approval and JOB later in U.S.U.S.

This is not a problem. However it is a good idea to discuss with sponsor that the words ‘Tester’ or ‘Analyst’ many times trigger RFEs at point of review inside USCIS. Based on job description and project, it might be a good idea to have a slightly different title.
