Hello,
I am currently on H1-B and my transfer for company B will be initiated next week in premium category. I am planning to resign on 4th of Sep from company A after I get the receipt and join company B on 15th. While I am on waiting on the approval, will there be any issue on the H1-B status and transfer process since I will not be working between Sep 5th and Sep 14th?.
Please advise. Thanks!
