I have applied for H1-B visa. I want to ask tht can we take ayurvedic medicines like neelibringadhi thailam, doorvadhi thailam,nimbadi thailam,and one lehyam, and arjunarishtam,ashwagandhadhi arishtam.
Please let me know.If i can take thses what all formalities do i need to follow...
