Switching jobs while the labor has been submitted with DOL

Hi All,

My name is Siddharth and I am Indian working in US on H1B sponsored by my company. Recently, they have filed my GC and my labor has been submitted to DOL for further processing. With this perspective, I have two questions regarding my situation -

  1. Is it safe to switch companies while the labor is with the DOL ?

  2. Will there be any problem for my future company to file the labor for me and start the process again from the ground up and how soon they can do that ?

LCA and i140 (or H1 etc) are EMPLOYER OWNED. It doesnt impact an employee. Employee(thats you) can free to change employer and initiate the immigration petition process each time safely
