I have a question even I got the answer from your portal but it is not close to the solution. Let me ask here.
I have a valid H1B petition and approved i140 (1 year back) with my current company (Say CompA). I have both documents in hand.Now I am planning to change the company (CompB). But my would be company (CompB) is not ready to transfer my H1B right now, may be it will be transfer once I join and get an oppertunity in project.
1: Is there any chance that my Current Company can revoke my i140? I think No, as it has approved more than 180 days back. But please suggest from your expertise.
2: Is there any issue if I will transfer my H1B/i140 after 1-2 years of joining the new company?
