I filed 2 H1B petitions with two different employers but with the same client. One got picked up in lottery, but this is the one with new employer and not my current employer. And for the application which is selected in lottery, client/vendor letter is not submitted. I am not sure what the next step is now. Can some one suggest if switching employers is right way ? Or will I be in trouble doing this ?
Well, the next steps are to wait for your employer to send you the details. Once you have the approval, then you can make a decision on whom to work for…There could be RFE as well, as there is no client letter, again I am speculating as usually Client letter is required for most consulting engagements… For now, just wait and keep following up with your both employers…
