Switching employer after I140

Hi,

Currently my employer A is filing perm and I140. Can I file H1 transfer and extension with employer B immediately after I140 approval.

Please let me know if my I140 will be valid?

You can and will still be able to keep your priority date however if your employer withdraw I-140 before 180 days after it is approved, USCIS will allow to revoke and your I-140 will no longer be valid for AC21 H1B extension beyond 6 years.
