Lets say my I-140 with company ‘A’ was approved and I file for my spouses H-4 EAD application (I-765 form). If after applying for my spouse’s EAD I switch my job to company ‘B’ and company ‘A’ withdraws my approved I-140, will my spouse’s pending EAD application be still considered valid ?
