My case was picked in lottery long back … that is the last update from my employer on my case … After that they told that we have recived RFE on my case and they responeded. Later they did not updated me anything. After multiple follow ups they called me 2 days back and still told the same …Guys please help how should i proceed … they are not giving me reciept no also. They calle3d me and asked for my plan whether i am comformatable in withdrawing my case ? Why should they ask such question after an year. Please help me on how can i go further on my case?
