Current L2 VISA and I-94 expire on 20th Oct,2012. But my employer’s have filed H1B which is in RFE response-review status since a week now.My husband’s visa also expires on 10/20 but his I-94 is valid till 2015.Can i get my(L2) i-94 extended in next 2 weeks? Or i should change H1 to premium processing right now? which one will be the best solution to maintain my status after 20th Oct?
