Status post dropbox 'No Status' for 2+ weeks now

Hi,

My parents and inlaws submitted their B2 visa renewal docs on Mar 23. Both of them are qualified for dropbox and submitted in HYD VAC. It’s been more than 2 weeks and the status on CEAC website is showing as ‘No Status’ - is it normal or am I looking at the wrong place?

It started showing Application Received after I sent an email to their contact us email, can be a coincidence though.

Any update ? My in laws used dropbox submitted on Jul 26 and status still says “application received” and the automated email response was saying “Delivered to the post” until yesterday and now it says “No status available for given passport number”
