Status for Form I129 is Post Decision activity, Can apply for new H1b?

Saurabh, The Petition status is the consultant A which applied by 2008 and the status is “Post decision activity”.

I am working in L2 EAD for past 2yrs. if I apply for H1B with another consultant B, will USCIS accept it?

How do I have to fill in the Case status, EAC # and Consultant A details in the H1 filing?

B will have to file a cap-exempt petition for you along w/ COS from L-2 to H-1. They will also need to submit copy of A’s approval notice. If you don’t have that, then you can submit the receipt number along w/ a print-out of online status showing it as approved.

B will have to enter these details in the I-129 form.
