Hi,
My wife’s current H4 visa expires on 28th Aug 2020, so does the i-94. The extension petition is pending with USCIS.
My H1-b extension has been approved until 2023.
Can she start school with an expired i-94, expired H4 visa with a pending USCIS petition?
We plan to convert to F-1 sometime later but for now she does plan to start on H4.
