I started a job remotely in the West coast while managing my relocation to the East coast (the location approved on LCA). The duration is about 1+ month.
Now I’m doing a transfer shortly after, and received an RFE for maintenance of status. the first 2 paychecks (submitted) was for West coast, therefore USCIS is asking if I had an amendment LCA for West coast. The subsequent paychecks (will be submitted with RFE) are correctly for the East coast. Anyone having Maintenance of status issue in case they work remotely while relocating ? What was your experience ?
