Have a H1B petition till May 1 2020 which ll be extended in Feb end by the company… We have a India trip planned with Jan 22 2020 stamping date in Chennai… Is it safe to go for stamping with less than 3 months left in petition validity? Or would that be unnecessary risk?
It could be an issue given current conditions. Atleast 6 months validity is recommend before you go to stamping.

Thank you for your reply. But is limited validity a reason to go into admin processing? The client letters and all documents are available.
